应版主之邀，贴上我新做的2m龙缸，请多提宝贵意见

由于现在的缸比较小，所以计划做一个2m的大缸，尺寸为200×60×70，玻璃为15mm，拉筋玻璃为12mm，侧过滤隔板玻璃为8mm，龙潭很多高手的成功的例子给了我很多启发，在此基础上我设计了2个设计方案，

最后还是选择了侧过滤方案。
下面是我的新缸的制作过程和一些情况介绍，请大家多提意见。

首先花了400元定做了一个底柜，长204cm，宽60.5cm，高65cm。

木匠按照我的要求开好了铁架子加固的孔。

花了300元定做了一个铁架子，5×5的方钢管，厚1.5mm。铁架子上下有框，上面的框先不焊上，将柜子套入铁架子上。柜子本身不着地，柜脚离地面5mm，所有的重量由铁架子承担。

然后铁匠装好上面的铁框并焊接牢固，最后装上柜子的上柜板。

为新缸添置的部分器材，生化球总共是700个，0.2元/个，爱族的流沙过滤为450元，强者的4550水泵75元，流量标称为2650L/H，功率75W，遗憾的是依汗的1060水泵居然比国产的强者4550噪音大。

鱼缸的制作。
鱼缸在柜子上直接做，先在柜子上铺了双层的塑料地毯。

在底板玻璃的反面贴黑色的不干胶。

放好底板玻璃打好胶水后在放上背板玻璃，然后粘接侧面的玻璃。

接着粘接底板玻璃拉筋。

7天后胶水已经没有什么味道了，开始加水试缸，心理不免有点紧张，担心楼板和缸。

买了100元钱的有机玻璃边角料，请木匠开成条，自己用三氯甲烷粘接制作缸里的过滤层架。这是有机玻璃过滤层板。

泡缸7天后换水，装入一些滤材后，从侧面看到的侧过滤部分。

再次换水后植入草，水草都装入盘子中并用棉线固定，埋入沙中，放入2条红剑试水，结果其中1条太不小心了被吸入过滤夹层牺牲了。

由于我使用了2个水泵，1个是强者的4550，一个是AT的306，开1个泵或2个泵或者缸的总水位变化侧过滤的水位也跟着变化水位，每次都要重新卡水位，十分麻烦，所以苦思冥想设计了这个自动水位调节器，保证水位在各种情况下都保持在生化球的下面一点点。

原理和抽水马桶储水箱的水阀类似，一个杠杆，一头是可调节的进水阀，一头是一个泡沫做的浮球。水位调节器原理很简单，过滤室和水泵室下面是连通的水位是一样的，当侧过滤的水位低了，水泵室的浮球就会下降，杠杆的另一头就会翘起，杠杆翘起水阀自动会开的更大，反之，侧过滤的水位高了，杠杆的水阀一头往下压水阀就自己关小了。杠杆上吸着一个圆形的磁铁，那是水位微调用的。

虽然角度不太好，但可以看见水泵室里的泡沫浮球。

过滤部分为3层，1层为过滤棉物理过滤，2层为700个生化球组成的滴流过滤属生物过滤，3层为陶瓷环和麦饭石和吸氨石。

考虑到水面的油漠，特意在侧过滤的隔板上打了一串孔，并联通了，虽然水量不大，不能去除水面大的漂浮物但去除油污效果很好。

出于让缸里看上去更简捷，尽量去除有碍观赏的管子水泵和加热棒，所以将加热棒设计在侧过滤的最下层，使用了2套分体式的数字加热控制器，1套为备用，3支300W的加热棒由有机玻璃层板托着，其中1支为备用加热控制器用。

电气控制部分，里面有我自己DIY的鱼缸故障报警器，监测水泵电流，如水泵烧毁或停电，只要水泵没有电流马上启动手机拨号发出报警电话。

另外，使用了2个数字程控开关，宁波产的108元1个。2个数字温控器在右侧，2只温度显示一样，说明精度不错。

鱼缸设计了2层保温，第一层兼做防跳板，用4mm的玻璃做的，前后2块可以在拉筋上自由滑动，总共4块板，每块上开了一个2.5cm的孔透气，冬天需要更加保温时可用透明胶带封闭。第二层保温盖板目前还没有做，设计为泡沫板加3mm的环氧树脂板，做到既有保温性能又有一定的强度，并且耐灯具上高温和防水。

这是水泵室，和过滤室下部是连通的，水从过滤室下来后到水泵室由水泵抽到缸里，水泵室里有2台水泵，流沙过滤也在这里。水泵室里白色泡沫浮球就是水位自动调节器的那个浮球。

AT306接的出水口是情况，出水管子用PPR管做的，管子在水面上看不见。

这是水管的走向，从水泵室出来分左右2路到缸的左侧出水，管子使用了外径2cm的PPR饮用水管，弯头使用了U-PVC饮用水管弯头。灯使用了一个AT180，长180cm，里面为4支爱族25w超白植物灯。另外，加了一个30W的单灯，灯管为NEC超白植物灯。

缸里有1条红尾金，2条虎，1条清道夫，鱼分成3批进缸，缸在换第二边水后开始培养硝化系统了，装好所有滤材开启水泵，1次加入400ML硝化细菌和一些躲碎的虾仁开始建立硝化系统，3天后水变清，5天后水更清，准备放鱼入缸前又换第三边水，补充加入100ML硝化细菌，水养了5天后清道夫第一个下去，7天后虎也跳入新缸，10天后红尾金在过水时迫不及待的钻破塑料袋加入大家的行列，观察12小时无异常才放心，吓了我一身冷汗。有设想以后准备再加一条虹。
